Cross Country Competes At State

The Missouri Class 1 state cross country meet was on Saturday, November 3rd at Oak Hills Golf course in Jefferson City. The McAuley Warriors had two runners qualify, Sophmore Connor Ramsey and Junior Courtney Bates. Connor Ramsey placed 107th overrall and Courtney Bates placed 37th.

Cross Country Competes At Districts

The McAuley cross country team competed at Clever High School on Saturday, October 28th, for the district meet. The team had two runners qualify for state, Sophmore Connor Ramsey placed 12th and Junior Courtney Bates placed 4th. The two runners are competing this Saturday, November 4th at Jefferson City for the state meet.

Cross Country Competes at Lamar

The McAuley Cross Country team competed on Tuesday, September 26th at Lamar Heights Golf Course. The team did very well with 4 out of the 5 runners beating their personal records. The team will compete again on Friday, September 29th at Nevada High School.

Cross Country Competes at East Newton

The McAuley Cross Country team competed on Saturday, September 23rd at East Newton High School.The team did very well with all 6 runneres beating their previous personal records. The team will compete on Tuesday, September 26th at Lamar High School.

Cross Country competes at Nixa

The McAuley corss country team competed at Nixa High School on Tuesday, September 19th. The team had 7 runners compete, and two runners placed in the top 15 senior Domenick Blanchette placed 13th and junior Courtney Bates took 7th. Their next meet will be Saturday, September 23rd, at East Newton High School.

Cross Country competes at Monett

The McAuley cross country team competed in their second meet of the season at Monett on September 12th.The Warriors competed against 15 other teams. Coach Blake Zapletal said that the runners who competed ” ran very well on a very tough course.” The next cross country meet will be September 19th at Nixa.

State Cross Country Meet

Three members of the Cross Country team qualified for the state tournament being held in Jefferson City this past Saturday. Max Ostmeyer, Domineck Blanchette, and Courtney Bates all ran along with the best runners in the state of Missouri.  Max placed 17th overall and qualified for the All-State team.

Cross Country sets multiple PR’s

On Monday October 3rd the cross country team participated in Cassville’s meet. Max Ostmeyer placed 6th and set his personal best. Others setting personal bests include Lainey Moran, Aaron Moran, and Conner Ramsey.

Cross Country

Senior, Max Ostmeyer took 4th place at the last meet. The Warriors have a meet tonight in Cassville. The team is looking to set their personal bests today heading into districts.
